Working Programme:
Work-Package 7: Final
Conference
The deliverables of the project are
presented in a final conference where
representatives of all the partners
involved in the project, including
representatives from the tripartite
system of social dialogue from the
partner countries, and other interested
stakeholders are convened.
Representatives from the media and a
representative from the EU Commission
will also be invited. In this event, the
dissemination and marketing drive of the
project and its deliverables is
launched. Also, the expert
representatives who delivered the
seminars shall be invited to deliver
presentations on the issue. The final
conference shall be hosted and managed
by the lead partner organisation, that
is, the General Worker’s Union of Malta.
Deliverables:
One, one-day final conference bringing
together three Government
representatives, three representatives
from the participating employers’
association, three representatives from
the participating trade union, and three
representative from the partner
organisation, 3 European experts in the
field of information, consultation and
participation of representatives of
undertakings and European Works
Councils, a European Commission
Representative. Other interested people
from related associations and from the
general public will also be invited. The
media shall be invited and encouraged to
give the event the widest possible
coverage. This Final Conference shall be
held in Estonia, during the month of
October. The items on the agenda shall
include, but are not limited to, the
success of the project, and the
efficiency and effectiveness of the
project deliverables, the impact on the
European Union’s scope of information,
the future of the project and of the
consortium.
