Work-Package 4: Information and Promotion Desks

This activity also involves the setting up of a series of information and promotion desks, one in each partner country and which shall be located in the premises of the partner organisations. These desks shall have a dual function; to function as a helpdesk for representatives of undertakings who are interested in joining, establishing or running a European Works Council, and to function as a platform from which information and marketing initatives on the project in each partner country shall be coordinated and executed. These information and marketing drives shall include, amongst other things, distribution of brochures and e-brochures to their networks of contacts and a standing exhibition which shall be active until at least the project deadline. The function of these desks shall be internalized into the general functions of each partner organisation after the funding period of the project has expired. This ensures that the information and promotion element of the project shall outlast the project deadline. This Workpackage shall be coordinated by EAKL of Estonia.

Deliverables:


 One, helpdesk in each partner country which shall be continuously manned until the project deadline.

 One standing exhibition and information booth located in the premises of each partner organisation.
