Work-Package 1: Project Management

In the interests of good management and accountability, the organisation entrusted with Project management and coordination should be the lead partner of the consortium and shall be required to carry out the general running and execution of the project.

The project manager is expected to keep, at all times, active communication with all partners and to function as a hub of communication and information on every aspect of the project. The Project manager is also expected to keep and maintain a schedule of all events and to set up and enforce deadlines and quality thresholds in order to ensure that the project is delivered properly, on time and that it is up to the required highest standards. The project manager is expected to achieve this by sending out and retrieving signed checklists from each project partner. This Workpackage shall be coordinated by the lead partner organisation, the General Workers’ Union of Malta.
